Jurisprudential streaking

Of the Devin Nunes lawsuit I commented on negatively yesterday:

This lawsuit is unusually buffoonish. The theories are scattered and try to pretend that applicable federal laws don’t exist. It mixes together things that are absolutely and clearly hyperbole protected by the First Amendment and it’s seriously meandering. It seems to be almost like some sort of ritual self-humiliation by Nunes, kind of a jurisprudential streaking.

Some of the witty Tweets Nunes is suing over almost make me miss Twitter. But witless scatology is too pervasive to go back.
