Hard on the heels of lamenting cancel culture, even when it’s canceling someone I dislike, I read Michelle Goldberg musing on Where’s my Roy Cohn? and find myself asking “is cancel culture just an over-reaction to deeply decadent culture?”

(I also gained a smidge more understanding of Donald Trump’s artistic “influences.”)
