Do-nothing Congress does, er, something
In an awesome display of something, the Feds have raised the age for buying tobacco products to age 21, nationwide.
If it were a hard issue, Congress would have left it for the Supreme Court. If it were an easy issue, they wouldn’t have buried it in a spending bill.
So I’m not sure whether to expect San Francisco (where dogs have begun bagging people poop) to declare itself a tobacco sanctuary by refusing to help the feds enforce their new law.
