Damaging the rule of law

As Donald Trump has been putting outstanding jurists on the Supreme Court, he has continued undermining the rule of law by, among many other things, threatening and filing abusive lawsuits for the sole purpose of financially and psychologically punishing people and newspapers who criticize him.
