Albert Mohler explains in First Things why he is a Baptist, except for the part where he doesn’t explain it at all, but does pugnaciously dare anyone to try to change him (see the paragraphs that begin “Why am I a Baptist?)

Mohler says a great many things that should shock himself into repentance, or so it seems to me. He’s not a stupid man, so I’m left assuming that he’s just willful, which is at the core of “heresy.”
