Trump, race-baiter

Something in me hesitates at the facile premise that Trump is racist.

There’s evidence of that, starting at least with his birtherism, but there’s some evidence to the contrary as well.

Far more relevant than trying to do a soul-o-gram on him is that he engages in race-baiting for political gain and personal amusement, and that’s more dangerous and reprehensible than fecklesss personal racism.
